Cynthia R. Grosso is a corporate etiquette and international protocol expert. She has been a speaker, teacher and consultant in this arena for more than 10 years. She is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette. Prior to her current business, she owned a prominent international modeling and finishing school.

Ms. Grosso is trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington. She is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS degree in Business Administration. She is an adjunct professor of international etiquette and protocol at a local college.

In addition to the four columns she writes, Ms. Grosso has been on the Dr. Phil show, written about in Woman's Day Magazine, The New York Times, Esquire Magazine, Working Woman Magazine, The Baltimore Sun, The Central Penn Business Journal, Arizona Business Gazette and many others.

Ms. Grosso is active in professional and civic organizations and in 1999 received the prestigious "Business Person of the Year" award given by the Chamber of Commerce in her area. She has also received the Outstanding Young American Award for outstanding community service given by the United States Jaycees. Ms. Grosso also organizes and directs a Community Cares project, which supplies Christmas presents to hardship families.

Ms. Grosso presents business etiquette, international protocol, dining etiquette, customer service etiquette, medical office protocol, political power protocol and presentation skills seminars. She consults on an individual, group or corporate level.
