What They Did Not Teach You
in Business School

In today's hectic business environment, the ability to quickly connect and form meaningful relations with others is critical to your success.

The College of Charleston, through its Coleman Forum for Entrepreneurship and the Charleston School Protocol and Etiquette, Inc., invites you to participate in a six part program designed to improve one's people/relational skills. Known as an expert in the field, Ms. Grosso, who facilitates the program has been featured on the Dr. Phil show, authors several columns on business etiquette and is a regular guest of radio talk shows.

Studies indicate that success comes from building on strengths, not from correcting weakness. This program introduces new behaviors to be built upon; not on correcting bad ones.

This series is designed to provide you with the confidence and knowledge of how to:

  • Become a better leader, by being able to connect with and influence other people, like and unlike ourselves
  • Become a person who comes across well to others
  • Become a person with an attitude for success
  • Become a person with an understanding of the value of proper business etiquette
  • Become a person with no competition
  • Become a better listener
The objectives are designed to make you more at ease, poised and likable in business and social settings.

Who should participate? Anyone who works in an environment where success is measured in part by their ability to create and sustain productive relationships with others... Anyone who wants to understand how to lose their competition and be a better leader. Register Now!
